In terms of key responsibilities, first and foremost and just like every other position within our company, this role will advance NewcrestImage’s core values of People come First, Communication is Knowledge, Giving is Fun, Experiences are Memorable and Response-Ability is Ours. While this position will be strategic, the ideal candidate must be able and willing to be “hands-on.” In addition, some of the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Additionally and in coordination with the Development and Construction teams and brand experts, this dynamic individual will lead the architecture workstreams from initiation, through construction and opening. This role will manage external design teams, continually evaluate workloads, ensure project timelines are on track and within budget, and ensure all specifications are met. This position will oversee exciting projects such as re-adaptations of historic buildings into hotels, ground-up projects and renovations. The constant goal will be to anticipate guest desires, conceptualize new concepts, and design trendsetting hotels that support operational requirements, exceed brand standards and provide a unique and exceptional guest experience.
