    NewcrestImage is a premier company in the hospitality space that designs, builds and operates state-of-the-art hotels for the most renowned brands in the industry.  We are a trendsetting company that is acutely focused on culture and that strives to “genuinely care for people so their lives are enriched.”  We are currently looking for a strong Director of Quality that will be responsible for the success of driving operational efficiency through corporate driven initiatives.  The primary focus of this position will lead process improvement and project management initiatives for the entire portfolio of hotels in a manner that focuses on improving costs, quality and service.


    In terms of key responsibilities, first and foremost and just like every other position within our company, this role will advance NewcrestImage’s core values of People come First, Communication is Knowledge, Giving is Fun, Experiences are Memorable and Response-Ability is Ours.  The objective will be to drive business impact and productivity for the company.  A unique career opportunity to set up a new department, drive results which will lead numerous advancement prospects.  While this position will be strategic, the ideal candidate must be able and willing to be “hands-on.”  In addition, some of the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:


    • Drive brand quality assurance calls and preparations
    • Review brand quality assessment and improvement planner with the hotel team and regional support
    • Develop improvement planner review and tracking processes and controls to ensure that business objectives are met
    • Perform and document internal brand audits and safety inspections
    • Drive brand expectations scores to ensure the properties are achieving top 15% of brand OSAT
    • Proactively address anticipated service challenge periods with the best practice strategies
    • Monitor preventative maintenance program for full compliance
    • Proactive management of GSS plans on pending renovations with the regional support team
    • Monthly reporting on each hotel’s performance and key actions for improvement
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures for the properties
    • Coach and motivate managers and display high influencing skills
    • Involvement in new hotel openings
    • Serve as a key input in regard to the budget and provide ongoing support


    While not an exhaustive list, a few of the qualifications are as follows:


    • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality preferred
    • Experience in the hospitality space required
    • Strong business acumen, problem solving, and analytical skills
    • Exceptional project management skills and extremely savvy with relevant technologies
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering
    • Ability to quickly build trust and credibility
    • Strong initiative and influence skills
    • This position will be based out of our corporate office in Lewisville
