This critical role will optimize overall business and financial performance through exceptional analysis and oversee our new financial system TM1. What are the general responsibilities of this important role? First and foremost, just like every other position within our company, this role will advance NewcrestImage’s core values of People come First, Communication is Knowledge, Giving is Fun, Experiences are Memorable and Response-Ability is Ours. This position will analyze both internal and external financial, business and operational information in an effort to improve overall results. We are looking for a talented individual has experience identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. This position will identify variances and recommend action plans to close any gaps related to forecast vs. actual results. This position will also monitor action plans and ensure that improvements are sustained. The person in this role will be an active participant in the budgeting process and perform analysis on a wide range of projects and initiatives, such as the new implementation of our TM1 system.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills and be technology savvy. We are a results-oriented team and appreciate a proven track record of delivering. The person that assumes this role must be able to work cross-functionally and gather data from a variety of relevant sources. Hospitality experience and a bachelor’s degree is preferred and the ability to quickly build trust and credibility is critical. Strong communication skills are a must.
