  • Documents
  • Maintain and Edit Submittal Log
  • Transmit All Submittals
  • Maintain Subcontractor Scopes of Work and Schedule of Values
  • Maintain Delay Day Log
  • Maintain Testing Log & Files
  • Maintain Inspection Log & Files
  • Maintain Drawing Log, Revisions and ASI’s
  • Transmit All Revisions to Subcontractors
  • Maintain Potential Change Order Log
  • Maintain Delivery Logs
  • Match Delivery Tickets to Invoices
  • Maintain All Subcontractor Safety Programs and SDS
  • Maintain Subcontractor Equipment Certifications
  • Maintain Equipment Use Log
  • Maintain Job Files and Scan Documents to Electronic Files
  • Maintain subcontractor Meeting Minutes
  • Transmit Notice of Subcontractor Meetings
  • Prepare Warranty Manuals with Contact List




Qualities & Abilities for Contract Administrator:

  • Ability to create and manipulate word and excel files
  • Ability to create, maintain and organize job files in both electronic and paper format
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and complete tasks
  • Ability to understand accounting cost codes in relation to the budget
  • Effectively communicate (both Verbally and Writing) clearly and effectively
  • Ability to engage and track shipping / receiving carriers


Authority of Contract Administrator:

  • Notarize Lien Releases and other Documents
  • Delay Subcontractor and Vendor Pay Applications until Completion of Administrative Items
