The Corporate Director of Sales will provide strategic sales direction and support to our property-based direct sales team the entire hotel portfolio. We are a fast-growing company where you will have the opportunity to contribute to our sales success by providing ideas using creativity and best practices in areas of sales strategy, training, and process improvement. The primary focus is to maximize the Group, Business Transient, and Catering revenue opportunities at each property, and work with peers in Revenue Management and eCommerce to achieve hotel revenue and market share targets.
Bachelor’s degree and/or combination of advanced degree and equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5 years in the hotel industry in select/limited service and extended stay brands.
Solid experience with Group and Business Transient hotel segments.
Management experience in hotels.
Strong oral and written communications is essential.
Ability to travel outside of the Dallas area up to 40%.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be computer literate.
Must be able to perform fast pace or varied pace administrative multi-tasking, requiring sustained and focused mental concentration.
